Manisa Celal Bayar University Sports Club athletes Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı and Can Derviş won two gold medals in the solo female and mixed pairs categories at the Inter-Club Turkish Aerobic Gymnastics Championship.

Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı claimed the gold medal with a score of 19.900 in the preliminaries and 19.400 in the finals. In the mixed pairs category, Ayşe Begüm Onbaşı and Can Derviş achieved first place with a score of 18.700.

The athletes, who participated in the championship under the guidance of their coach, Assoc. Prof. Gürkan Er, a faculty member at MCBU’s Faculty of Sport Sciences, expressed their gratitude to Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar and Club President Prof. Dr. Murat Taş for their support. They also promised that their success will continue to rise in the future.
