Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar attended the ceremonies organized by the Governorship of Manisa on the occasion of the 103rd anniversary of the August 30 Victory Day.

The ceremonies began with the laying of wreaths at the National Sovereignty Monument in Cumhuriyet Square. Following this, the Governor of Manisa, the Garrison Commander, and the Metropolitan Mayor received congratulations at the Governor’s Office.

The program continued in front of the Governor’s Office with a moment of silence and the singing of the National Anthem.

As part of the program, which concluded with a ceremonial parade, visits were also made to the Manisa Garrison Martyrs’ Cemetery and the Police Martyrs’ Cemetery.
