The Turkish Universities Taekwondo Championship, hosted by Erzurum Technical University, has come to an end. The championship, which saw thrilling matches, witnessed great success from the Manisa Celal Bayar University Taekwondo team. Participating with twenty athletes, the university competed against twenty-two other universities.
Manisa Celal Bayar University's team competed in both male and female categories, facing tough opponents throughout the tournament. After challenging battles, the athletes managed to secure a place on the medal podium.

Abdullah Yarlı - 58 kg - Gold Medal
Şafak Sarı – 54 kg - Silver Medal
Women's Category:
Rojin Kaya - 73 kg and Marziye Bozkurt - 46 kg - Bronze Medal
The Poomsea Men's Team, consisting of Ömer Delibaşlar, Hüseyin Emre Şıvgınkıran, and Mert Çelik, also won the Bronze Medal.
Following the tournament, Associate Professor Sinan Seyhan, the Taekwondo Team Coach, expressed his happiness for the outstanding performance of his athletes, stating, 'Our athletes showed great dedication and effort throughout the tournament.
