Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar, the Rector of Manisa Celal Bayar University, celebrated International Women's Day on March 8th by gathering with the university's female employees. The celebration took place at the Dumanlıdağ Restaurant, where academics, administrative staff, and support personnel from the university came together.

Prof. Dr. Kibar expressed her congratulations to all women on this special day and stated that they will continue to work towards ensuring women's greater participation in society in all areas.

In her speech, Rector Kibar stated: "Today is International Women's Day, March 8th. On this occasion, I congratulate all women and extend my respects to all women who fight, produce, and inspire us with their achievements, especially our families and loved ones.

Women play important roles in the development and progress of societies. Our women, who are present in every field from education to art, from economy to politics, are a source of pride for us with their achievements. I hope that the rights and values given to women in our society and in every aspect of life will increase."

After her speech, Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar presented flowers to the female employees.
