The 2026 Special Talent Examination (ÖZYES), which will determine the candidates to be placed in the sports programs at Manisa Celal Bayar University, has started under the coordination of ÖSYM.

Prior to the exam, Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar visited the exam center together with Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Ahmet Çetin and Dean of the Faculty of Sport Sciences Prof. Dr. Murat Taş, offering encouragement to the candidates.

Rector Prof. Dr. Kibar emphasized that sports require not only physical strength, but also discipline, determination, and team spirit, stating:
“Our university aims to raise athletes who embrace these values and achieve success on both national and international platforms. Today, you are not only taking an exam but also making one of the first steps towards your future. I believe that each of you will reap the rewards of your efforts in this process, and I wish you all the best of success.”
