We have made an important effort to educate our students in a way that will meet the need for trained personnel in the field needed by the public and private sectors.

Dear students, today you have crowned four years of hard work. Success is never a coincidence. It is not easily achieved. At the end of this challenging journey, we have come together to celebrate the success you deserve. First of all, you have a lot to do for your family, for yourself, with the awareness that you have responsibilities towards this country. As Ataturk said, 'Those who set out never to rest will never, ever tire.' The success and social contribution you will achieve in this process will make us as Manisa Celal Bayar University and our faculty as proud as you and your family. I hope we have succeeded in making our faculty a home for you. May the path of all of you always be open and bright."

Şehzadeler District Mayor Gülşah Durbay, stating that she is also a graduate of Manisa Celal Bayar University, said: "Dear young people, candidates for future managers and entrepreneurs, I would like to share with you my happiness for gathering here to graduate you today as a result of your years of effort. Our university is one of the largest universities in the Aegean region and is also known for the success of the students it graduates all over our country. My young friends graduating today will continue their careers in the dynamics of business life and will make important contributions and gains to the economy of our country. I sincerely believe that each of you will be well-equipped, problem-solving managers and entrepreneurs in your fields.

Dear young friends, I firmly believe that you will raise the Republic, which was entrusted to us by the Commander-in-Chief Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the hero of our struggle for independence, who said 'All my hopes are in youth', to the level of contemporary civilizations by working hard. May your path be clear. I owe a debt of gratitude to your teachers and families who have been a light for you on this path. I wish you success throughout your life."

Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar started her speech by mentioning the Palestinian issue and continued her speech as follows "Dear families, the children you entrusted to us four years ago, we have raised each of them as a well-equipped professional expert in their field with our valuable faculty members and today we are giving them back to you. You cannot be too proud of their achievements. I congratulate each and every one of you for this pride we are experiencing today.
