The Outstanding Young Scientist Awards Program (TÜBA-GEBİP), conducted in line with the objectives of the Turkish Academy of Sciences (TÜBA), aims to recognize and reward outstanding young scientists, support them in their research and the development of their research groups, and promote scientific studies originating from Turkey. Qualified applications that pass the initial screening by scientific evaluation committees will proceed to the peer review process.

The TÜBA Scientific Publications Awards Program (TÜBA-TESEP) aims to encourage the publication of high-quality Turkish-authored works that can be utilized in higher education. Additionally, within the scope of the TÜBA-TESEP Awards, special awards are annually conferred in the names of distinguished honorary members of the Academy Council to works published in specific fields of science that have contributed significantly to world science and honored our country with national and international achievements.

As is known, the TÜBA Awards are presented to the recipients at a ceremony held under the auspices of our esteemed President. The application period for the 2024 TÜBA-GEBİP and TÜBA-TESEP awards has commenced. The deadline for applications is Monday, March 18, 2024.
