About the Symposium
The 1st National Local and Oral History Research Student Symposium will be held on January 9-11, 2025, organized by the Faculty of Education at Ege University. The symposium will include the participation of secondary (high school), university, and graduate students. The aim of the symposium is to encourage students to conduct historical research in their local communities and share their findings with their peers, fostering awareness of the history and culture of the environment they belong to, and strengthening their bonds with their communities.
