Card Distribution at the Rectorate Building:

• 20/11/2024 Wednesday:
  Morning: Strategy Development Department, Student Affairs Department, Personnel Department.
  Afternoon: Internal Audit Department, Construction Affairs Department, Legal Affairs.

• 21/11/2024 Thursday:
  Morning: Information Technology Department, Library Department, Erasmus Unit, Internal Audit Unit.
  Afternoon: Document Registration, Press, Workshop, Printing House, Security, BAP.

• 22/11/2024 Friday: Faculty of Business and Communication, Technical Sciences Vocational School, Central Coordination Units.

• 25/11/2024 Monday: Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Applied Sciences.

• 26/11/2024 Tuesday: Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Applied Sciences.

• 27/11/2024 Wednesday: Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences.

• 28/11/2024 Thursday: Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

• 29/11/2024 Friday: For those who have not received their cards.

2) Health Campus

• Card distribution for those working at the Health Practice and Research Hospital Head Office will be conducted within the hospital building, with required signatures and card deliveries.
• A service unit is planned to be established within the Head Office.

3) Şehzadeler Campus

• Card distribution for the staff working at the Faculty of Theology, Foreign Languages School, Faculty of Fine Arts, and Faculty of Sports Sciences will take place at the Faculty of Sports Sciences.

4) District Campuses

• Personnel at district campuses will have their procedures handled by the District Branch Office staff at the respective schools.

NOTE:
Personnel who are unable to complete their procedures on the specified dates can do so until 29/11/2024.

During this process, it will significantly speed up the procedures if personnel download the Halkbank Mobile Application to their phones before coming.
