Among the candidates who applied for our University’s contracted 4/B personnel recruitment dated 15.09.2025 and who were announced as principal candidates or reserve candidates eligible for placement on our University’s website, those who submitted the required documents to start their duties but wish to waive their right to placement due to reasons such as being placed in another institution, and did not provide information to our University regarding their waiver, must fill out and sign the attached Waiver Petition, and send the signed copy in JPEG or PDF format to the e-mail address personel@cbu.edu.tr.
Candidates who did not submit any documents within the required period are not required to submit a waiver petition.
Pursuant to Article 4(B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, for employment in units affiliated with our University, and in accordance with the results of the Contracted Personnel Recruitment Announcement published in the Official Gazette dated 15.09.2025, with applications received via the Presidency Career Gate platform between 15.09.2025–29.09.2025 and results announced on 09.10.2025 on our University’s website and Career Gate; the list of reserve candidates who have gained the right to employment in place of those who did not apply to our University within the specified period is provided below.
Candidates listed as "Reserve Candidate Eligible for Employment" must apply in person (or through a proxy with a notarized power of attorney) to Manisa Celal Bayar University, Rectorate – Department of Personnel Affairs by the end of working hours on Friday, 28.11.2025, together with the required documents listed below. Candidates who fail to apply within the specified period shall be deemed to have waived their rights.
Among reserve candidates eligible for employment: those who do not apply by the end of the application period, those who apply but later waive their rights, those later found not to meet the announcement requirements, and those whose archive investigation results are negative, will be replaced by the next reserve candidates according to the announced results, until the number of positions specified for each qualification code in the announcement is filled.
In the event that reserve candidates are called, the list of reserve candidates eligible for placement will be announced on our University’s website www.mcbu.edu.tr.No individual notifications will be made; reserve candidates are required to follow announcements on our University’s website and, if they gain the right to employment, apply within the period specified in the announcement.
In accordance with Article 3/(1) of Law No. 7315 on Security Investigation and Archive Research, published in the Official Gazette dated 17.04.2021 and numbered 31457 — “Archive research shall be conducted for those who will be appointed to civil service or public service for the first time or reappointed, regardless of their status or employment type” — archive research will be carried out for candidates who submit all required documents completely. Upon a positive result, candidates will be notified/announced to sign their service contracts and start duty within the schedule to be determined.
Since this announcement serves as an official notification, no further individual notifications will be made.
Graduation Certificate (QR-coded certificate obtained via e-Government or diploma photocopy with the original shown)
Health Board Report issued by a fully equipped hospital, indicating that the candidate has no health condition preventing them from performing the duties of the position.
(Example: “Fit to serve as Nurse.”)
NOTE: As obtaining the Health Board Report may take time, candidates may instead submit the attached Health Status Declaration Form at the application stage and submit the official report before signing the service contract and starting duty.
Criminal Record Certificate (QR-coded, obtainable via e-Government)
Military Status Certificate for male candidates
(Those who completed military service must submit a discharge certificate showing dates and status. Those who are deferred/exempt may submit a status document obtained via e-Government.)
Asset Declaration Form (Both pages must be hand-filled and signed by the candidate)
Six (6) passport-size photographs
Photocopy of National ID Card
Social Security Institution (SGK) Service Record for candidates with prior employment (QR-coded via e-Government)
For candidates with prior service in public institutions: Service record document or certificate from the previous institution showing the periods of employment.
Candidates must prepare, complete, and sign all required documents before arriving for the application and submit them in that manner.
* Pursuant to Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657: "Contracted personnel whose contracts are terminated by their institutions due to violation of the terms of the service contract, or who unilaterally terminate the contract during the contract period — except for exceptions determined by Presidential decision — cannot be employed in contracted personnel positions in public institutions for one year following the date of termination or non-renewal of the contract."
** According to the “Principles on the Employment of Contracted Personnel,” which regulate the personal rights of contracted personnel, transfer to another public institution is not permitted.
*** Procedures for contracted personnel who will start duty shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 7433, “Amending the Civil Servants Law and Certain Laws and Decree-Law No. 663,” published in the Official Gazette dated 26 January 2023 and numbered 32085.
