Announcement Regarding the Candidates Selected for Employment from the 4/B Reserve List Following the 15.09.2025 Contracted Personnel Recruitment Announcement

Important Note:
Candidates who have been selected for employment as reserve candidates according to the results of the 4/B Contracted Personnel recruitment announced on 15.09.2025 and who have submitted the required documents for starting their duty, are asked to submit a Waiver Letter (attached) if they wish to waive their employment due to reasons such as being placed in another institution, etc., and have not notified the University about their waiver. The completed and signed waiver letter should be sent via email in jpeg or pdf format to personel@cbu.edu.tr. Candidates who have not submitted any documents to our University within the specified time are not required to submit a waiver letter.

According to Article 4/B of the Turkish Civil Servants Law No. 657, for employment in units affiliated with our University, based on the Contracted Personnel Recruitment Announcement published in the Official Gazette dated 15.09.2025, and the results announced on 09.10.2025 through our University website and the Career Gate platform, the reserve candidate list, for those who did not apply within the application period, is as follows. Candidates whose names appear as “Selected Reserve Candidate” in the list below must apply in person (or by proxy with a notarized power of attorney) to the Personnel Department of Manisa Celal Bayar University by Tuesday, 11.11.2025, by the end of business hours, with the required documents. Candidates who do not apply within the specified time will be considered to have waived their rights.

For candidates selected from the reserve list who did not apply before the deadline, or who later waive their rights, or who are found not to meet the qualifications or have negative results from the archive investigation, the next reserve candidates will be employed until the number of positions for each qualification code specified in the announcement is filled. If the reserve candidates are moved to the selected list, the results will be announced on our University’s website at www.mcbu.edu.tr. No additional notifications will be sent to reserve candidates; they are required to follow up on the announcements on our website and apply within the specified time if they are selected for employment.

Required Documents for Reserve Candidates Who Are Selected for Employment:

  1. Application Letter (to be filled out as per the attached form)

  2. Graduation Certificate (either a scanned copy of the diploma with a QR code from e-Government or a diploma copy with the original shown)

  3. Health Report from a full-service hospital confirming there are no medical conditions preventing the candidate from performing the duties of the position (e.g., "Can work as a Nurse"). (Note: Since health reports may take time to process, candidates may submit the Health Declaration Form attached, and provide the report before signing the contract and starting work.)

  4. Criminal Record (available through the e-Government portal with a QR code)

  5. Military Service Certificate (For male candidates: the discharge certificate showing dates and status, or if deferred/exempt, the status report from e-Government)

  6. Declaration of Assets (both pages of the attached form to be filled out by the candidate and signed)

  7. 6 passport-sized photos

  8. Copy of Identity Card or National ID

  9. Social Security Service Record for candidates who have previously worked (can be obtained through e-Government)

  10. Service Record or work confirmation document from any public institution if the candidate has previous service in the public sector.

Candidates are expected to prepare the required documents in advance, complete and sign the necessary parts, and submit them at the time of application.

Important Notes:

  • In accordance with Article 4/B of the Turkish Civil Servants Law No. 657, individuals employed under this status cannot be employed in other public institutions for one year from the date of termination of their contract unless specific exceptions determined by the President’s decision apply.

  • According to the "Principles for the Employment of Contracted Personnel," it is not possible to transfer contracted personnel to another public institution.

  • For newly appointed contracted personnel, actions will be taken according to the 7433 Law published in the Official Gazette on 26 January 2023.

Deadline for Applications for Selected Reserve Candidates:
By 11.11.2025, Tuesday, end of business hours (during business days and working hours).
