1- Petition (Regarding Winning the Exam and Appointment)

2- Criminal Record Certificate (Certified Copy or Barcode E-Government Printout)

3- Military Service Certificate for Male Candidates (Certified Copy or Barcode E-Government Printout)

4- Health Board Report (To be obtained from a Fully Equipped Hospital)

5- Photographs (6 pieces)

6- Property Declaration Form (The Excel file at the link below should be filled out and signed and submitted during the application) (There are 2 pages in the Excel file as "Front and Back", both pages must be filled out)

Documents to be Prepared by Successful Candidates for "Transfer Appointments":

For candidates currently employed in any public institution in a permanent position, it is sufficient to submit a petition (Regarding Winning the Exam and Appointment) stating the name of the institution they work for and their job title.

Candidates who have been entitled to be appointed to the relevant positions must apply in person or by mail to the unit where the appointment will be made by the end of business on Thursday, February 22, 2024.

(In applications made by mail, the application documents must reach the units applied to by the deadline, and documents arriving after the deadline will not be considered.)
