DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM CANDIDATES PLACED IN THE JOB ACCORDING TO THE RESULTS OF THE CONTINUOUS WORKER (DISABLED) ORAL EXAM HELD ON 22.01.2025

The lists of candidates placed in the job according to the results of the oral exam held on January 22, 2025, for employment in the Maintenance and Repair services under the Disabled Continuous Worker Recruitment, in accordance with Article 4/D of the Law No. 657, are attached.

Candidates placed in the job are required to submit the following documents in full to the Personnel Department, 2nd Floor, Block A, Rectorate Building, Şehit Prof. Dr. İlhan Varank Campus, between 07.02.2025 and 17.02.2025 (until 17:00).

This announcement serves as a notification, and no additional notification will be made to the candidates.

Documents Required from Candidates Placed in the Job:

1-) Application Letter

2-) Graduation Certificate (the QR code-enabled education certificate obtained via e-Government)

3-) Disability Health Board Report from a fully authorized hospital and a Health Status Declaration Form showing no conditions preventing the candidate from performing the duties of the job title

4-) Criminal Record (e-Government can provide the QR code-enabled document)

5-) Military Status Document for male candidates (can be obtained via e-Government with a QR code)

6-) 6 passport-sized photos

7-) Copy of ID Card or National ID Card

8-) For previously employed candidates, a service breakdown document approved by the Social Security Institution (SGK) (can be obtained as a barcode document through e-Government)
