ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE DISCLOSURE OF RESULTS FOR THE 4/B CONTRACTED PERSONNEL RECRUITMENT ANNOUNCEMENT DATED 15.05.2025
In accordance with Article 4(B) of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, positions for contracted personnel were announced in the Official Gazette dated 15.05.2025. Applications for these positions were accepted through the Presidential Career Portal between 15.05.2025 and 29.05.2025. After evaluating the applicants, the results have been published. All candidates who applied can view the results by logging into the Presidential Career Portal (https://isealimkariyerkapisi.cbiko.gov.tr) using their e-Government password and navigating to the "Applications" section. Additionally, the results for each qualification code, including the candidates selected as Primary and Reserve, are provided in the attached lists.
Important Information for Primary Candidates:
Candidates who have been selected as primary candidates must apply in person (or via an authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney) to the Personnel Department at Manisa Celal Bayar University Rectorate by the close of business on July 7, 2025. Candidates who do not apply within this period will forfeit their rights.
If any primary candidate fails to apply, withdraws, does not meet the conditions listed in the announcement, or their background check produces a negative result, replacement will be made from the reserve candidates according to the order specified in the announcement, until the positions listed for each qualification code are fully filled. In case reserve candidates are called for placement, the list of selected reserve candidates will be announced on the University’s website (www.mcbu.edu.tr). No individual notifications will be sent to reserve candidates; they must follow the announcements on the website and apply within the specified timeframe if they are selected.
Candidates who submit all required documents will undergo an Archive Investigation as per the Law No. 7315 on Security Investigations and Archive Research, published in the Official Gazette on 17.04.2021. Upon completion of a positive background check, candidates will be notified to sign their service contracts and begin their employment according to the designated schedule.
This announcement serves as the official notice, and no further individual notifications will be made.
Documents Required from Primary Candidates:
Application Letter (To be filled out using the attached template)
Graduation Certificate (e-Government issued barcode graduation certificate or a photocopy of the original diploma for verification)
Health Report from a fully authorized hospital, stating there are no health conditions preventing the candidate from performing their duties (e.g., "Can work as Support Personnel (Cleaning, Distribution, Transport, Service, etc.)" or "Can work as a Nurse").
(Note: Health Report processing may take time; therefore, candidates are advised to submit the Health Status Declaration Form, attached here, to apply before completing their service contract.)
Criminal Record Certificate (Can be obtained from e-Government Portal)
Military Service Document for male candidates (If the candidate has completed military service, a copy of the discharge certificate with dates must be submitted. For candidates who are exempted or deferred, a military status document from e-Government should be provided)
Asset Declaration Form (Both pages of the attached form must be filled out by the candidate and signed)
Six passport-sized photographs
Copy of ID Card or National ID (For candidates applying for the position of Protection and Security Officer, a copy of their private security officer ID card is also required)
Social Security Institution (SGK) approved work history (Can be obtained as a barcode document from e-Government Portal)
If the candidate has previous service in public institutions, a service history document or proof of employment from the relevant institution.
Notes:
According to Article 4/B of the Civil Servants Law No. 657, personnel employed under this article cannot be employed in other public institutions until one year has passed after the termination of their contract or upon the expiration of their service contract without renewal, except for cases specified by a Presidential decision.
As per the Regulations on the Employment of Contracted Personnel, transfer to another public institution is not allowed for contracted personnel.
The new contracted personnel will be subject to the provisions of the Law No. 7433 published in the Official Gazette on 26 January 2023, regarding amendments to the Civil Servants Law and certain other laws.
