A protocol was signed between the Rectorate of Manisa Celal Bayar University and the 8th Commando Training Brigade Command to establish educational cooperation aimed at enhancing the foreign language proficiency of military personnel.

With this protocol, cooperation is planned between the Manisa Celal Bayar University Continuing Education Application and Research Center (MCBÜSEM) and the 8th Commando Training Brigade Command (8th Comm. Trng. Brig. Cmd.) within the scope of the Foreign Language Education Program.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Rector Prof. Dr. Rana Kibar emphasized the university’s commitment to sharing its academic expertise with the broader community, stating:

“Transferring our university’s knowledge and experience to all segments of society and contributing to the training of qualified human resources are among our primary goals. This protocol is a concrete reflection of that vision.”

Commander of the 8th Commando Training Brigade, Colonel Cengiz Güven, expressed his satisfaction with the collaboration established with Manisa Celal Bayar University, noting that the training will make a significant contribution to the professional development of military personnel.

The foreign language courses will be conducted by the university’s expert academic staff in the classrooms of the Brigade Command.
